Judit, Tünde és Dóri 5. nap Dània

Kedves Olvasók! Következzèk az utolsó napunk blogja! Először Judit mesèli el a napjàt: A pénteki nap egyben a képzés utolsó napja is volt, amely méltó lezárását adta az elmúlt hét közös munkájának. A délelőtt első részében azt gondoltuk végig, hogy a hét során megismert módszerek közül melyeket szeretnénk hazavinni, és hogyan tudjuk azokat saját iskolánkban, a mindennapi pedagógiai gyakorlatban alkalmazni. Jó volt látni, hogy ugyanazok a témák mennyire különböző ötleteket indítottak el bennünk. A nap során ismét előtérbe kerültek a pozitív pszichológia alapelvei és a 24 karaktererősség. Beszélgettünk arról, hogy a tanulók és a pedagógusok erősségeinek tudatos felismerése és megerősítése hogyan járulhat hozzá egy támogatóbb, biztonságosabb és motiválóbb iskolai légkör kialakításához. Megerősítést kaptunk abban, hogy az erősségekre építő szemlélet nemcsak a tanulók önbizalmát fejleszti, hanem a pedagógusközösség együttműködését is erősíti. A képzés végén ünnepélyes keretek között vehettük át a tanúsítványainkat. Az oklevél azonban csak jelképe annak a sok szakmai és személyes élménynek, amelyet ezen a héten szereztünk. Új módszerekkel, inspiráló ötletekkel és nemzetközi kapcsolatokkal gazdagodva térünk haza, készen arra, hogy a tanultakat saját iskolánkban is hasznosítsuk. Most Tünde ès Dóri írja le az utolsó napi tapasztalatait: A péntek egyben a képzés utolsó napját is jelentette. Délelőtt minden résztvevő bemutatta azt a projektet, amelyet a hét során szerzett tapasztalatokra építve saját intézményében szeretne megvalósítani. A prezentációk jól tükrözték, hogy ugyanazok az élmények mennyire sokféle ötletet inspiráltak. A projektbemutató azonban nem a megszokott módon ért véget. Miután mindenki előadta a tervét, a csoport tagjai egy-egy post-it cetlire írtak egy pozitív gondolatot vagy visszajelzést az előadóról. Ezután odaléptek hozzá, a cetlit ráhelyezték a ruhájára, és halkan a fülébe súgták az üzenetet is. Ez a személyes gesztus különösen megható volt, hiszen nemcsak szakmai, hanem emberi megerősítést is kaptunk egymástól. A csoport visszajelzéseit követően mindkét oktató külön-külön, személyre szabott reflexiót adott minden résztvevő projektjéről. Kiemelték az ötletek erősségeit, gyakorlati tanácsokat adtak a megvalósításhoz, és bátorítottak bennünket arra, hogy a megszerzett tapasztalatokat bátran építsük be saját pedagógiai gyakorlatunkba. A képzés végén ünnepélyes átvehettük a tanúsítványainkat. A hét során nemcsak új ismeretekkel gazdagodtunk, hanem számos inspiráló emberrel is megismerkedtünk, akikkel remélhetőleg a jövőben is kapcsolatban maradunk. Úgy térünk haza Koppenhágából, hogy nemcsak új ötleteket viszünk magunkkal, hanem egy olyan szemléletet is, amely hosszú távon gazdagíthatja iskolánk mindennapjait. Dear Readers, Here is the final blog post from our Erasmus+ mobility in Copenhagen! First, Judit shares her reflections on the last day of the course: Friday marked the final day of the course and provided a fitting conclusion to an inspiring week of shared learning. During the first part of the morning, we reflected on the methods we had explored throughout the week, discussing which ones we would like to take home and how we could integrate them into our own schools and everyday teaching practice. It was inspiring to see how the same topics sparked such a wide range of ideas among the participants. The principles of positive psychology and the 24 character strengths once again took centre stage. We discussed how recognising and reinforcing the strengths of both students and teachers can contribute to creating a more supportive, inclusive, and motivating school environment. The course reinforced our belief that a strengths-based approach not only helps students build confidence but also strengthens collaboration within the teaching community. At the end of the course, we proudly received our certificates during a closing ceremony. However, the certificates are only a symbol of the many professional insights and personal experiences we have gained throughout the week. We are returning home with new teaching methods, inspiring ideas, and valuable international connections, ready to put what we have learned into practice in our own school. Now Tünde and Dóri share their experiences from the final day: Friday also marked the last day of our course. During the morning, each participant presented a project they had designed based on the knowledge and inspiration gained throughout the week, explaining how they planned to implement it in their own institution. The presentations clearly demonstrated how the same experiences had inspired a wide variety of creative ideas. The project presentations ended in a truly memorable and heartwarming way. After each presentation, every participant wrote a positive comment or encouraging message for the presenter on a Post-it note. They then approached the presenter, placed the note on their clothing, and quietly whispered the message into their ear. This simple but deeply personal gesture was especially moving, as it provided not only professional feedback but also genuine human appreciation and encouragement. Following the group feedback, both course trainers offered individual, personalised reflections on each participant’s project. They highlighted the strengths of our ideas, shared practical suggestions for implementation, and encouraged us to confidently incorporate what we had learned into our own teaching practice. The course concluded with the presentation of our certificates in a celebratory ceremony. Throughout the week, we gained not only new knowledge and practical teaching strategies but also met many inspiring people from different countries, with whom we hope to stay in touch in the future. We are leaving Copenhagen with far more than new ideas—we are taking home a renewed educational mindset that we believe will enrich everyday life in our school for years to come.
