Időutazás a múlt időben és varázslatos naplemente a delfinekkel... 

A délelőtt ismét tartalmas nyelvtanulással telt az Erasmus+ kurzusunkon. Ezúttal a történetmesélésre helyeztük a hangsúlyt, ami tökéletes alkalmat adott arra, hogy alaposan begyakoroljuk a múlt idők, vagyis a Past Simple és a Past Continuous közötti különbségeket és párhuzamos használatukat. Különböző szituációs gyakorlatokon és interaktív nyelvi teszteken keresztül elevenítettük fel, hogyan fűzhetjük össze a múltbeli eseményeket és a háttérben zajló folyamatos cselekvéseket.

A produktív délelőtti munka után a délutánt jól megérdemelt pihenéssel és szabadprogrammal töltöttük a városban. Az igazi fénypont azonban este következett! A pulai kikötőben felszálltunk a patinás Europa nevű kirándulóhajóra, hogy részt vegyünk egy felejthetetlen, 3 órás naplemente- és delfinnéző túrán.

Amiért a hajóút örök élmény marad:

• Delfinek a vadonban: A hajóval a Brijuni Nemzeti Park védett vizei felé vettük az irányt. Hatalmas szerencsénk volt, mert a nyílt tengeren felbukkanó, szabadon úszkáló vad delfincsoportokat is sikerült megpillantanunk.
• Gasztronómia a fedélzeten: A kapitány és a legénység helyben készített, friss vacsorával – választhatóan sült hallal, húsétellel vagy vegetáriánus menüvel – és korlátlan italfogyasztással (borok, üdítők) kényeztetett minket.
• A fiumei "világító óriások": Visszaúton a sötétben megcsodálhattuk Pula híres nevezetességét, az Uljanik hajógyár kivilágított, színes fényekben pompázó monumentális daruit, a Lighting Giants-eket is

A tengeren átélt aranyló naplemente és a hullámok között ugráló delfinek látványa tökéletes lezárása volt ennek a csodás napnak.

A journey through time in the past tense and a magical sunset with the dolphins

The morning was once again filled with meaningful language learning on our Erasmus+ course. This time, we focused on storytelling, which provided the perfect opportunity to thoroughly practise the differences between the past tenses – namely the Past Simple and the Past Continuous – and their parallel use. Through various role-play exercises and interactive language tests, we explored how to link past events with ongoing actions taking place in the background.

After a productive morning’s work, we spent the afternoon enjoying some well-deserved relaxation and free time in the town. The real highlight, however, came in the evening! At Pula harbour, we boarded the historic Europa cruise ship to take part in an unforgettable three-hour sunset and dolphin-watching tour.

Why this boat trip will remain an unforgettable experience:

Dolphins in the wild: We set sail towards the protected waters of Brijuni National Park. We were incredibly lucky, as we managed to catch a glimpse of groups of wild dolphins swimming freely in the open sea.

Cuisine on board: The captain and crew treated us to a fresh, locally prepared dinner – with a choice of fried fish, a meat dish or a vegetarian option – and unlimited drinks (wines, soft drinks).

The ‘Lighting Giants’ of Rijeka: On our way back, in the darkness, we were able to admire Pula’s famous landmark – the monumental cranes of the Uljanik shipyard, resplendent in colourful lights: the Lighting Giants.

The golden sunset over the sea and the sight of dolphins leaping amongst the waves provided the perfect ending to this wonderful day.
